China: SIPO has signed its first PPH agreement with JPO

The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) launched a Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot project on 1 November 2011, making Japan China's first PPH partner.
