Singapore: new fees and forms

With effect from 1 December 2011, the Singapore Patent Office (IPOS) will be introducing some fee adjustments and new forms. Fee increases concern mainly trade mark registration, patent search and examination, and international patent applications entering the national phase in Singapore. These are the first fee adjustments since 2007. The increases were necessary due to increasing operating costs.
