Pakistan: journal of trade marks in digital form

On 20 October 2011, the chairman of the Pakistan Patent Office inaugurated the first publication of the digital Journal of Trade Marks at the Trade Marks Registry in Karachi. Earlier in 2011, the Pakistan Patent Office had announced the amendment to the Trade Mark Rules 2004 to give legal effect to the electronic publication of the Journal of Trade Marks on its website.
