China/Korea: SIPO and KIPO have agreed on PPH pilot

At their recent meeting, the heads of the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) agreed on further co-operation in patent examination. A one-year pilot for a Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) between the two offices will be launched on 1 March 2012.
