This XML product is also available on the ESPACE LEGAL DVD (product 6.8), which contains a decisions database and provides XML and PDF versions of the decisions. You can also search for specific decisions on our website free of charge.

This product is extracted twice a year from the EPO databases and contains the complete text of (published and unpublished) decisions of the EPO boards of appeal.

Coverage

The updates always include the complete file from 1978 onwards. Currently this product contains approx. 30.000 decisions.
