Technical areas	All technical areas can be searched.
Languages	Requests can be submitted in English or German (and in some technical fields in French and Italian too). Reports are delivered in English or German.

Main features	The Austrian Patent Office has over 110 years' experience of granting patents following search and substantive examination. In addition to granting national patents, we also act as a PCT authority (ISA/IPEA). Our highly skilled and experienced patent examiners perform high-quality searches. We normally supply search reports within four weeks, but can arrange significantly faster delivery times in urgent cases.
