Standard Searches (RS) and special searches (TS):

• Prior art searches by subject-matter
  
• Bibliographic searches;
  
• Patent portfolio searches;
• Technology watch service;
  
• Competitor monitoring service;
  
• Searches in non-patent literature

Standard searches are recommended when the patentability or validity of a patent document is at stake.

Special searches are carried out in patent documents from international and national databases in technical areas specified by the client in the request.

Standard and special searches are completed in 30 working days from the day following the filing of the request.

The fee for all such searches is RON 3 300.

The following discounts are available:

• a 10% reduction for the fourth and following requests;
• a 20% reduction for the eighth and the following requests.
