Update on re-key of AT documents

Contrary to our earlier communication published on this issue, this dedicated exchange package will contain a wider range of publication countries than foreseen.  Therefore it is absolutely necessary to treat this exchange like an ordinary update and to have the data processed between week the 18/2008 and the week 19/2008 exchanges.

PART 1
re-key 'AT'  DOCUMENTS
 

This package will contain:

  • publications affected by last weekend's application re-key, AT publications only
  • publications affected by weekly standardisation of applicant-names, wide selection of publication-countries
  • publications with new citations added, EP and WO

We will put the files on the download area on Friday, 2.5.2008

In future, dedicated exchanges like these will usually only include:

  • publications affected by a publication or application re-key
  • publications with new citations added, EP and WO

Publications affected by the weekly standardisation of applicant names will be excluded from dedicated exchanges in the future and only included in the regular weekly deliveries

Unfortunately, it is not possible to isolate and exclude EP and WO that have had new citation data added

PLEASE NOTE:  This data will not be re-exchanged in the week 19 delivery; it needs to be processed with this package, after having processed the regular week 18 exchange

PART 2
new 'FR' DOCUMENTS

The new 'FR' publications (publication date 20080502) will be included in this delivery with status "C".  They will not be delivered again in week 19/2008 

The two zip files will be named:

  • docdb_xml_200818_re-key_AT.zip and will be located in the amend folder
  • docdb_xml_200818_CreateDelete_new_FR.zip and will be located in the create-delete folder
