Re-key of Brazilian (BR) Documents in week 25/2008

A re-key of BR publications, applications and priorities has been scheduled to run during the weekend (21 June) on specific request of the BR office.
The re-key (STAGE I) has been scheduled to run on 21.6.2008 and the data will be delivered separately in week 26/2008
In addition there will be manual modifications (STAGE II) after that which will be delivered with the regular weekly productions.
1. STAGE I - delivered 23.6.2008
- correction: BR publication re-key, excluding publication kind-code ‘Cn'
- correction: BR application/priority re-key, excluding publication kind-code ‘Cn'
This will involve approx. 750.000 modifications, approximately equally distributed between publication number and application / priority number level.
2. STAGE II - delivered in weekly exchanges following week 26
- manual correction: BR publication kind-codes ‘Cn' : publication and application
This will involve around 1 500 modifications.
"Re-keys" or corrections of identifiers provided in the above mentioned delivery will look and feel no different from incidental corrections of identifiers included in the weekly deliveries.
Please note :
- The regular delivery of week 26 will have been produced on the Friday preceding the re-key exercise. It is advised to process the "re-key" exchange packages AFTER having processed the regular delivery of week 26.
