Reloading of HK data in the INPADOC legal status database

We are very pleased to announce the recommencement of Hong Kong (HK) data in the EPO INPADOC PRS legal status database from week 4/2009 onwards.
Data of patents valid in the United Kingdom (including EP patents) and patent applications from the People's Republic of China designating Hong Kong will be available in the PRS legal status database.
The following codes have been assigned for data from the national offices:

| GB REG HK DE | Designated patent | (British patent) |

| GB REG HK WD | Withdrawn designated patents | (British patent) |
| CN REG HK DE | Designated patent | (Chinese patent) |
| CN REG HK GR | Granted designated patents | (Chinese patent) |
| CN REG HK WD | Withdrawn designated patents | (Chinese patent) |
These codes have been assigned for data from the Hong Kong patent office:

| HK PE | Expired patents |
| HK PF2 | Lapsed short term patents |
| HK PEU | Expired short term patents |
| HK CHRG | Changes in the register |
| HK CORR | Correction to the former patent journal |
| HK S146 | Correction of specification |
| HK ARF, ARG, ARR | Filed, granted or refused |
| HK AM | Amended specification of patent |
| HK PS | Offer to surrender |
The most recent data will be uploaded first. The new data entries (2009) will be available in the database as soon as they are published.
