Chinese legal status data in the EPO INPADOC database

We are very pleased to announce that from week 18/2009 onwards, data from China will be uploaded in the PRS legal status database.

Commencing with data from 2008; backfile Chinese legal status data will be incorporated into the database in separate batches each week.  The collection of backfile data will include records dating back to October 1985.

The new data entries of the current year will be available in the legal status database as soon as they are delivered to us.
