Announcement concerning incorrect publication dates for Italian "A" publications

Following a number of anomalies which have recently been highlighted in the publication dates of Italian "A" type publications, we would request that those using this data from publication year 2004 onwards be extremely vigilant in the accuracy of these dates.

The Italian Patent Office (UIBM) has been contacted for a clarification.

As soon as the  EPO has the confirmation on the correct publication dates or when the errors are identified by the UIBM and the authenticated data is received to replace the incorrect publication dates, the loading of these document types will be resumed.
