Australian legal status explanations

The upload of codesheets in the codesheet database is progressing. Additional 19 code descriptions have been generated and and are available on the page "Legal status codesheets: Australia." Most of them deal with term extensions.

During the documentation work we have discovered several more subtle issues meriting to be published. We therefore include also a new version of the document "The Australian patent procedure" at the top of the page "Legal status codesheets: Australia."

Work on codesheet progresses slowly but steadily. We plan to finish the Australian collection in the beginning of September 2009 and then set about the New Zealand and US collections.
