Update on bibliographic data in DOCDB concerning data from SE, NL and CN

SE data
All issues have been resolved. The front-file is up to date, the last publication date being 07-12-2010.
NL data
Loading of the data has resumed. The front-file is up to date, the last publication date being 08-12-2010.
CN data
Unfortunately the issues with the missing bibliographic data for CN-C and CN-Y data are persisting.
The data has arrived at the EPO but cannot be processed presently due to unexpected formats. As soon as a replacement delivery has been received from the CN office, the missing data will be loaded.
SE data
