Online Filing software – new PCT update for America Invents Act now available

The EPO is pleased to inform users of its Online Filing software that a new PCT update for the America Invents Act is now available for download for V5.05 (build 5.0.5.094).

Users who have activated the Live Update function will be notified automatically.

The PCT update contains the following features:

• 1 October 2012 PCT-SAFE release (version 3.5.000.232) is available in eOLF client
• Update of PCT fees, including 1 November and 1 December 2012 fee schedule, for IS, NO, SE and UK
• Updated online help

The user guide has been updated with a new section about the PCT/RO/101 request form.

Recommendation

Before you install the update we recommend that you submit any PCT/RO/101 drafts you have already prepared.
