EPO offices closed from 23.12.2017 to 1.1.2018


All our offices will be closed over the holiday period from 23 December 2017 and will open again on 2 January 2018.

 

Technical issue with payments submitted via online services

We are currently experiencing some technical issues with payments submitted via Online filing and New online filing (CMS).

Payments including fee codes 015 and 016 are received by EPO, but are not displayed under pending orders in Online fee payment.

Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Once the issue is resolved, the payments will be released and processed with the original payment date.

No further action is required on the part of the user.

We will notify you as soon as a solution is in place and apologise for any inconvenience.
