After previous years’ success of PCT virtual classrooms, cycles of four sessions dedicated to the PCT procedure at the EPO, the EPO offers this year a new cycle of four virtual classrooms (VC), each lasting an hour and a half, dedicated to specific PCT topics of particular relevance for the user community. A team of PCT experts of the EPO and WIPO will present and discuss these topics with you.

It is recommended to watch the recordings of last year's module before attending these advanced classrooms.

You only need to register once and you will be able to attend the four sessions. Registraton deadline is the 26.10.2021.


The sessions will be recorded and released in an online course room, where, if you are a registered participant, you can watch them as often as you like. Information on how to access the recordings will be provided in due course.

This session will provide an insight on the procedure which applies to ST26 sequence listings at the EPO.

The user will be provided with recommendations on the effective use of the informal clarification and protest procedures at the EPO as ISA.
