Most technology companies need to use third-party technologies, copyright or brands in their products and services and ensure that they are entitled to do so. Many technology companies license their technologies to customers. Licensing-in and licensing-out may involve acquiring or granting rights to patents, designs, technology, software or trade marks.

The "Licensing" forum explores various interesting case studies of companies whose business is, or is impacted by, licensing. It focuses on the numerous business aspects and opportunities of licensing relevant to high-growth technology companies.

Format: online, length: 1h live-case study presentation + 1h meet-the-speakers session

Participants will learn how to innovate in their licensing strategies and other forms of collaboration with companies in their technology space on the way to the marketplace.

Participants must understand the basics of intellectual property rights, in particular patents.
