Order
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the opposition division with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of:
- Claims 1 to 14 of the main request, filed as auxiliary request 2 with the respondent's reply to the statement setting out the grounds of appeal.
- The description of the patent as granted, with paragraphs [0007], [0015], [0019], [0021] and [0028] being amended in accordance with the revised version filed by the respondent by letter of 29 May 2026.
