- Veröffentlichung der ersten EP-Anmeldung mit Montenegro als benanntem Vertragsstaat

Am 30. November 2022 wurde mit einer am 7. Oktober 2022 eingereichten europäischen Patentanmeldung erstmals eine Anmeldung veröffentlicht, in der Montenegro (ME) als Vertragsstaat benannt ist. Die offizielle Veröffentlichung kann vom Europäischen Publikationsserver heruntergeladen werden, und der Ländercode für Montenegro ist jetzt unter den 39 Ländercodes der benannten Vertragsstaaten (INID-Code 84) zu finden. Das Europäische Patentregister enthält die entsprechenden Verfahrensdaten, und Montenegro ist im Abschnitt "Benannte Vertragsstaaten" aufgeführt. Die Option, Montenegro als benannten Vertragsstaat auszuwählen, ist nur für Anmeldungen verfügbar, die am oder nach dem 1. Oktober 2022 eingereicht wurden - dem Tag, an dem Montenegro als 39.
