Fees Ord. of 24.4.08 (as amended 6.3.20)

(a) Last day of the month in which the date of filing occurred (deferred to next working day if a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday)

(b) If the payment made up to the date specified under (a) is insuffi­cient, no surcharge is payable if the deficit is made good within the period for payment of the surcharge

(c) Payment may not be made more than 12 months before due date.
