Listening to and acting on user feedback

We are continuously improving the user experience by listening to and acting on feedback from across our channels, including pilots of new digital tools and services, user enquiries, regular user satisfaction surveys and at meetings with a diverse range of users and user associations from around the world.
Several of these meetings take place at regular intervals throughout the year within the framework of the Standing Advisory Committee to the EPO (SACEPO), which is comprised of representatives of user associations, industry and the patent profession. As the EPO's main advisory body, SACEPO is consulted on all major issues relating to the development of the European patent system.
