Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Sache wird an die Prüfungsabteilung zurückverwiesen mit der Auflage, ein Patent auf der Grundlage der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, eingegangen am 30. Mai 1985 und eine daran noch anzupassenden Beschreibung zu erteilen.
