Abstracts of decisions

"Abstracts of decisions" is a collection of summaries of key aspects of selected Boards of Appeal decisions. New issues are published monthly and organised by legal provision.

Each abstract:

• is written in the underlying decision's language of the proceedings
• provides key data of the decision, such as relevant legal provisions, cited decisions and keywords
• indicates the related chapter(s) in the “Case Law of the Boards of Appeal" publication

Abstracts are uploaded quarterly in the "New decisions" sidebar of the relevant sections in the online HTML version of the “Case Law of the Boards of Appeal” publication.
