Following the entry into force of the Protocol on the Provisional Application of the UPC Agreement and the announcement regarding the ensuing steps, the President of the Boards of Appeal stated: "I would like to congratulate everyone involved in the preparation of the UPC for arriving at this major milestone and I wish you all the very best for the ensuing steps in making the UPC fully operational".
