Informing the Boards of Appeal if interpreters are no longer needed in oral proceedings

The Boards of Appeal would like to ask all parties to its proceedings to consider at every stage of the appeal proceedings whether interpreters are actually needed for oral proceedings before the Boards of Appeal.

If interpretation is no longer required, please inform the Boards of Appeal at the earliest opportunity.

On this subject, the Boards of Appeal would like to draw the parties' attention to an article written by C. Mercer and recently published in epi information: Translators at Oral Proceedings, see epi information 4/19, December 2019, page 21.
