The present ninth edition of the "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal" provides a comprehensive overview of this case law. It contains summaries of or references to almost 7 000 decisions which were issued in writing in the period up to the end of 2018.

The online versions contain links to the cited decisions and legal texts. While the HTML version is optimised for online use, the PDF version includes full-text search functionality and is therefore the best solution for off-line browsing.

The book is available in hardback, as well as in HTML- and PDF-format.

The printed version of the ninth edition of the "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the EPO" will be available mid-September.

The website of the Boards of Appeal also offers an RSS feed for users who want to be informed about newly published decisions or information about the Boards of Appeal in general.
