Boards of Appeal Case Law Conference

This annual conference provides an opportunity for patent practitioners to gain insight into the case law and practice of the EPO Boards of Appeal. It offers a forum for participants to engage with members of the Boards on important topics relating to Boards of Appeal decisions.

The conference is aimed at experienced patent practitioners (patent attorneys, attorneys-at-law, in-house counsel), judges and national patent office staff.
