The Unitary Patent Register

The new Register for unitary patent protection – or Unitary Patent Register – is part of the European Patent Register and provides access to UP-related information.

This seminar will explain how the Unitary Patent Register works, how to search for patents with unitary effect and how to deal with the result lists. It will also look at its different panel views, the data displayed in the different sections and the UP-related information that can be found in the European Patent Register.
