Tutored programme on novelty and inventive step

This tutored seminar deals with the evaluation of novelty and inventive step from a substantive perspective and with an emphasis on practical examples. The course includes a large number of examples, exercises, tests and optional assignments. 

You will also learn about relevant Case Law linked to the topics and will practice, recognising specific situations and applying a reliable reasoning to arrive at the conclusion of the procedure for any given patent application.
