Sufficiency of disclosure for patent examiners
This seminar addresses the concept of sufficiency of disclosure in detail: has a detailed description of at least one way of carrying out the invention been given in the description?
This a priori simple requirement will be studied under various aspects: what it means in general and how its assessment needs to be carried out in specific selected fields; the practice at the EPO will be illustrated with concrete examples.
