Becoming an ANSERA-based SEARCH tool trainer

Participants in this seminar will be trained to become trainers on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool in their offices and also apprised of the latest updates.

The seminar will comprise one online session focusing on:

• the essential advanced features of the tool, also those features that are useful in a training and coaching context
• addressing search efficiency and methodology
• training and coaching methodology, as well as soft skills requirements of a trainer

Candidates should have attended at least the entry level course on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool.
