Becoming an ANSERA-based SEARCH tool trainer

Participants in this seminar will be trained to become trainers on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool in their offices. The seminar will comprise three online sessions: 

• one session focusing on the essential advanced features of the tool 
• one session addressing search efficiency and methodology 
• one session on exercising the soft skills of a trainer 

Participation in the seminar is subject to a successful acceptance test. Candidates should have attended at least the entry level course on the ANSERA-based SEARCH tool.
