Examination: the art of communicating

The aim of this workshop is to allow participants to develop their communication skills in the context of the examination procedure. Participants explore the different styles and tools of communication, both written and oral. A series of examples and exercises guides participants in identifying the best tools and strategies to handle various difficult situations in the examination procedure.
