PCT for European paralegals and patent agents

A large number of PCT applicants at the EPO are based in Europe. In recent years, the EPO has regularly attended live events throughout Europe to explain the benefits of using the EPO not just as an International Searching Authority, but also for Chapter II. This often results in faster processing in the European regional phase. 

This online lecture is for paralegals and patent agents with a role in administering the procedure.
