UP in practice with users

Two years have passed since the launch of the Unitary Patent system and the EPO is offering a refresher for users on the procedure for obtaining unitary protection and other related services. In particular, this lecture will provide in-depth information on the submission of requests for unitary effect, requests for compensation of translation costs, requests for re-establishment of rights and requests for the registration of transfers of rights or licences. The lecture will also provide insights into the practice of the EPO’s Unitary Patent Division.
