Practice at the EPO seminar series: search and examination

This course is an intermediate-level course and the first of a series of two courses. It deals with search and examination. The second course is an advanced course and can be booked separately. It focusses on opposition and appeal proceedings.
The first seminar addresses the topics of search and examination and provides an opportunity for an interactive dialogue with EPO examiners, who will present examples to illustrate the practical application of legal texts by EPO staff in their daily work. Participants will have the opportunity to experience what the work of an examiner really involves. 
The seminar will end with live sessions and a discussion forum.
