Taking of evidence

Taking of evidence, such as hearing witnesses or inspecting an object, can be fundamental for proceedings before the EPO. EPO lawyers, EPO examiners and patent attorneys will guide participants through the steps needed to take evidence properly, including practical examples and a mock witness hearing in oral proceedings.
