1. Appointment of members of the Examination Board and examination committees
Members of the Examination Board
The term of office of G. Checcacci (IT), R. Cramer (NL) and M. Seehof (CH) expired on 30 November 2004. They were reappointed by the President of the European Patent Office for a four-year term beginning on 1 December 2004 and expiring on 30 November 2008. Messrs Checcacci and Seehof were reappointed upon the recommendation of the President of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi).
L. Dybdahl (DK) ceased to be a member of the Examination Board with effect from 30 November 2004.
Members of the examination committees
The Examination Board appointed P. Björk (SE), M. Celestino (IT), M.J. Ellis (GB), M. Garkisch (DE), P. Naeslund (SE) and E. Schober (AT) with effect
from 1 November 2004, D. Semino (IT) with effect from 1 December 2004 and
D. Marquis (FR) with effect from 13 December 2004 for a two-year term as members of one of the three examination committees.
