Celebrating Pride 2026 across our sites

This year, the European Patent Office (EPO) is once again marking Pride with visible support for inclusion, solidarity and respect for LGBTQIA+ colleagues and communities across our sites. Pride is both a celebration of diversity and a reminder of the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued and able to contribute as their authentic selves.
Pride celebrations took place in The Hague on 16 May and will continue in Vienna on 13 June and Munich on 27 June. These events provide an opportunity for colleagues to come together, celebrate diversity and show support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
In Munich, the Pride banner has once again been raised on the Isar building in support of Pride Month.
