Did you know … it's easy to edit your queries in Espacenet?
Smart search
Our new Smart search editor is a visualisation tool that helps you manage your queries. You can use it to enter a new query or modify an existing one by correcting, adding or removing search terms. To access the Smart search editor, select the rectangle icon displayed in the Smart search bar.

Advanced search
Highly nested queries and/or search fields containing multiple search terms can contribute to visual crowding in your Advanced search query. To improve query display, you can now expand the Advanced search width. Simply move your mouse to the boundary line between the Advanced search view and the result list and drag the double-headed arrow displayed to the right.
