Get to know and understand more about the Unitary Patent system in the patent knowledge tools and data. Learn how to find the Unitary Patent related information in the European Register and EP Bulletin.  

Find out how the European Patent Office (EPO) has worked together with the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) and the European Space Agency (ESA) on a patent insight report on the propulsion systems for space. 

A series of three lectures introduces various procedures third parties can use to challenge an application or granted patent in Japan (KL10-2024), Korea (KL11-2024) as well as China and Chinese Taipei (KL37-2024): third-party observations, invalidations and post-grant oppositions.

• KL10-2024, 12 June at 10.00 hrs: 
  Challenging pending applications and granted rights in Asia: procedures and data. Part I: Japan 
• KL16-2024, 13 June at 14.00 hrs: 
  EPO patent insight report on propulsion systems for space 
• KL11-2024, 19 June at 10.00 hrs:  
  Challenging pending applications and granted rights in Asia: procedures and data. Part II: Korea 
• KL37-2024, 26 June at 10.00 hrs:  
  Challenging pending applications and granted rights in Asia: procedures and data. Part III: China and Chinese Taipei 

The lectures will be conducted in English, and each will last approximately 60 mins.
