All you need to know about UP-related data in one place
The Unitary Patent (UP) system is taking shape and expected to start on 1 June 2023 when the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court enters into force. However, at the EPO the transition period has already begun, having started on 1 January 2023, and more and more UP-related data is becoming available in the EPO's patent information data, tools and services.
To offer users of our patent knowledge products all they need to know about UP-related data in one place, a new page is now available on our website. It provides an overview of which patent knowledge products contain which UP-related information, more details on the various products and links to further resources. The page will be updated as more information becomes available.
