Patent Knowledge Week 2023 – registration is now open 

This year's Patent Knowledge Week is taking place from 28 to 30 November. The event aims to help all innovation professionals base their decisions on sound patent knowledge. We are pleased to inform you that registration is now open. 

In this year’s Patent Knowledge Week we will explore different aspects of patent intelligence and patent data.  

On day one, we will have a closer look at patent analytics and the impact of machine learning on the patent system and we look forward to a dedicated panel discussion with experts from different domains on how artificial intelligence is changing the lives of applicants, searchers, and IP authorities. 

Day two will offer an entire block dedicated to startups, SMEs and occasional users. It will also put the spotlight on the Unitary Patent system and show you how to search and retrieve data related to the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court. You can also sign up for our afternoon labs for a practical learning experience and hands-on exercises with patent data and the EPO’s various search tools.  

Finally, day three will bring more sessions on data and knowledge transfer together with an interesting panel discussion in which various experts will exchange views and look into the future of patent information.
