Update on UP-/UPC-related data in the EPO’s datasets and services
As of this week, you can access
- bibliographic records on C0 markers
- legal events linked to C0 markers
in subscription-based datasets, INPADOC legal events and OPS web service.
These datasets relate to Unitary Patent protection and the Unified Patent Court, and complement the information already available in other EPO data products and services. On 7 June, the first requests for unitary effect were published in the European Patent Register.
