CFP: Credit Card Payment Issue

We experienced a technical issue that affected credit card payments in CFP from 08:30 until 13:30 (CEST) today, 21 May 2026. The issue has now been resolved.

Impact:
Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit) transactions may have been declined during the authorization process.

What to do:

  • Verify whether the transaction was successfully authorized in CFP
  • Retry the payment if the transaction was declined
