Intermittent lack of access to Global Dossier data and the Register Zip Archive download function

Our Register system is currently experiencing an unusually high volume of bot traffic. As a result, some attempts to access data through the Global Dossier Service and the Register Zip Archive download function are resulting in error messages referring to quota being exceeded or not working. We are actively developing measures to block unauthorized and excessive bot traffic. We would like to use this opportunity to reiterate that our Register is not intended for bulk data retrieval. Automated searches or robots are not supported, and access will be denied to any detected bots. For more details please read our fair use charter.
