Technical fault in Central Fee Payment (reference no. INC0367710) – detected and resolved.
On 25.08.2025 between 19.48h and 26.08.2025 02.50h, we experienced technical problems with Central Fee Payment.
This impacted deposit account management, refund services, and automatic debiting management.
Payments made during this period were processed correctly.
