Technical fault in online filing services (reference no. CS322957)

We are currently experiencing technical problems with the 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) with our external SMS provider Twilio, first identified on 24.11.2025, at 13:30 h.

This is affecting the login to OLF, MyEPO, CFP and BDDS.

If you are affected please use another 2FA method, which can easily be setup.
