Technical fault in online filing services (reference no. INC0241024) – detected and resolved
On 12.09.2024 between 07:51 and 13:30 we experienced technical problems due to a failure in the external platform through which we manage credit card payments.
As a consequence, the credit card payments on CFP (Central Fee Payment) and on the European Qualifying and Certification Portal were not possible between above time frame.
