Can I get a copy of the audio recording?
No. We will not make the audio recording, or a transcript thereof, available to the parties to proceedings. The recording and transcript are solely used for drafting the minutes of oral proceedings with the assistance of AI. As such, they are considered preparatory documents within the meaning of Rule 144(b) EPC and not shared with the parties or the public.
